2023 - 2024
Our STRETCH Goal: $65,000
By meeting our stretch goal, we will be able to replace the 25 year old heating and cooling equipment in the Treehouse and Grotto, which (according to Dana’s Heating) are failing and need to be replaced soon. This upgrade away from oversized, overpowered, inefficient heat to much more efficient mini-splits is not only in-line with our mission and vision, but will also save the school money on its heating and cooling bills!
For the Annual Fund, our monetary goal $50,000, with 100% participation from all families. In order to reach that goal, the average gift per student would be $700. It will take gifts of all sizes to reach our goals - which is why we ask for each family to contribute an amount that feels meaningful and significant – a number that will be different for each family.
Special Treats!
This year Silverwood is offering opportunities to name trails on our 17 acre campus. The first seven gifts over $1,500 will qualify to name a trail in the woods.
In addition, the largest gift will be given the opportunity to Name the Loop - the circle driveway in the center of campus,
To incentivize participation, we will again host classroom pizza parties. When a classroom reaches 100% participation from the families in that classroom, the students will enjoy a special pizza party at lunch time with Costco pizza (dietary alternatives will also be available for those students with an allergy/alternative diet that is communicated to the school.
